Grounded in current neuroscience and positive psychology, this course gives you practical, strength-based strategies for autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional differences. You'll design more inclusive environments using universal design, set expectations that fit how people actually work, and communicate with more compassion when styles collide. You'll also recognize the hidden barriers, masking, perfectionism, procrastination, and anxiety, that quietly hold talented people back. What makes this course different is its blend of hard neuroscience with real workplace application, so every concept comes with something you can put into practice with your team right away. You'll walk away able to spot how brain differences shape the way your colleagues work, and to turn that insight into stronger, more innovative teams. You'll identify the strengths that so often travel with neurodivergence, from hyperfocus to cross-disciplinary creativity, and you'll build the conditions that let those strengths reach the work.

Syllabus

  • Neurodiversity and the Mind
    • Innovation and team success often hinge on something invisible: the way each person's brain is wired. In this module, you'll ground your awareness in the neuroscience of neurodiversity so you can recognize how brain differences shape working styles.
  • Navigating Differences
    • Neurodivergent minds bring creativity, focus, and depth that can transform a team's work, but only when the environment fits how they operate. In this module, you'll apply strength-based strategies for autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional differences to build a workplace where every kind of mind can contribute.
  • Patterns of Neurodivergent Employees
    • When a talented colleague stalls, disengages, or burns out, the real cause is often hidden beneath the surface behavior. In this module, you'll spot the patterns behind masking, perfectionism, procrastination, and anxiety so you can intervene with compassion.
  • Neurodiversity at Work
    • An inclusive workplace isn't an accident; it's designed, from the lighting to the ground rules for how people talk to each other. In this module, you'll apply universal design and mindful communication practices to build an environment where every team member feels seen and can perform.
