Before this course, my approach to product development was always the same — get an idea, jump into coding, and just build. I rarely stopped to ask, "Is this something people actually need?" I never considered interviews or uncovering pain points as essential starting points.

This course helped me slow down and focus on the real problem space, not just my assumptions. I learned how to combine Agile, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking to balance speed, validation, and empathy. Tools like the Bullseye Template showed me how to prioritize problems before building anything.
