    • In this module, you'll learn how to set clear, outcome-oriented goals that drive alignment and performance in remote teams. You'll explore the importance of defining goals that prioritize results over activity, and how to align individual efforts with broader business objectives. The module also focuses on building ownership by involving remote team members in the goal-setting process and establishing clear accountability. An expert talk adds real-world insight into leadership practices that foster empowerment, clarity, and follow-through in remote environments. By applying these practices, you'll be able to motivate your team and create a sense of shared commitment in a remote work setting.
  • Tracking Progress and Accountability in Remote Teams
    • In this module, you'll learn how to maintain visibility and ensure follow-through in remote teams without falling into the trap of micromanagement. You'll explore how to choose the right performance metrics, use check-ins and tools effectively, and build a culture where team members take responsibility for their work.
