This course develops the prompting fluency that underpins every other AI-augmented skill. You will learn to frame problems for AI, design prompts from basic to advanced techniques, run iterative refinement across professional domains, and orchestrate multi-step prompt workflows with built-in quality checkpoints. You will decompose complex problems into sequenced queries, configure AI parameters to control style and accuracy, inject context for sharper outputs, and connect multiple AI tools into a single automated workflow. Along the way you will build a domain-adapted prompt library and a working orchestration for a real professional task. You will practice with generative AI chat interfaces such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, prompt engineering platforms, and Coursera Coach. This course pairs well with any role that produces analysis, writing, research, or communication.

Prompt Design: From Basic to Advanced Techniques
- You'll learn to create an AI-powered Assistant using the ChatGPT Playground Graphical User Interface. By delving into the tool's key parameters, you'll learn how to effectively guide AI text generation and ensure your AI assistant provides contextually appropriate medical advice.
Iterative Querying: Refining AI Outputs Across Domains
- Learn how Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is revolutionizing the field of market research. This course offers an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of GenAI in this domain and provides practical strategies for leveraging these powerful tools in day-to-day market research activities.
Prompt Orchestration: Multi-Step AI Workflows
