  • Module 1: Leading Change with ADKAR: Becoming a Better Champion
    • Welcome! In this module, you’ll explore what it means to lead change from any position, even without formal authority. Inspired by the ADKAR model, you’ll learn how to build a compelling case for change and communicate its importance in a way that resonates with others. The lessons focus on overcoming resistance, guiding people through uncertainty, and using empathy as a leadership tool. By the end, you’ll understand how to champion change confidently and credibly within your organization.
  • Module 2: Learn to Market the Change
    • This module teaches you how to promote change so that people understand why it matters and feel motivated to support it. You’ll learn to craft a persuasive change narrative that captures attention and builds early buy-in. Influenced by the awareness and desire concepts commonly associated with the ADKAR change model, you'll strengthen your ability to influence attitudes, shift perceptions, and spark momentum. By the end, you’ll be able to communicate change with clarity, confidence, and impact.
  • Module 3: Be a Teacher of Change
    • In this module, you’ll learn how to teach and guide others through change using simple, clear explanations and supportive learning strategies. You’ll explore how adult learning principles can help people better absorb new processes and adapt successfully. The module shows you how to break concepts down, mentor others step‑by‑step, and create an environment where people feel safe asking questions. Inspired by the knowledge and ability stages of the ADKAR framework, you'll become a steady, reliable source of knowledge during times of transition.
  • Module 4: Discover Metrics for Change
    • This last module focuses on measuring the success of your change efforts using practical, easy‑to‑apply metrics. You’ll learn how to track progress, evaluate adoption, and understand whether your strategies are working. The lessons guide you in choosing the right indicators, interpreting results, and adjusting your approach based on data. Measuring adoption helps reinforce lasting change, a principle reflected in the reinforcement stage of the ADKAR change framework.
