  • Module 1: Business Model & Pricing
    • In this module, you will explore various types of business models and learn how to identify the most suitable one for your startup. You will also develop a pricing framework, considering different pricing strategies and examples to ensure your product is competitively priced.
  • Module 2: Analyze Cost & Growth Plan
    • This module focuses on understanding and analyzing the cost structures of your business. You will learn how to calculate customer lifetime value (CLTV) and customer acquisition cost (COCA), and explore strategies to reduce COCA. Additionally, you will chart a growth plan to ensure sustainable business expansion.
  • Module 3: MVP Development & Financing Pathways
    • In this module, you will create a minimum viable product (MVP) and develop a comprehensive growth plan. You will also explore various financing pathways, including seed funding, angel investors, venture capital, and loans, while learning how to protect your intellectual property.
  • Preparing an Investor Pitch
    • This module will guide you through the process of preparing and delivering an effective investor pitch. You will learn how to find and choose potential investors, create a compelling slide deck, and practice best practices for pitching to secure the necessary funding for your startup.
