Most importantly, you'll conduct YOUR own 7-day experiment using Google Sheets to track entries and ChatGPT to analyze patterns. Through realistic role plays where you apply PERMA to real situations, explain these concepts to skeptical friends, and coach dialogues where you navigate personalization challenges, you'll practice applying positive psychology in contexts that matter to YOU.   • Understanding PERMA and the Science of Gratitude
    • Apply the PERMA framework to assess your personal well-being profile and understand why 'Three Good Things' works psychologically. Master ChatGPT prompting for diagnosing your PERMA strengths and gaps and generating personalized gratitude prompts tailored to YOUR life.
  • Conduct and Analyze YOUR Personal Well-being Experiment
    • Apply your gratitude knowledge in a structured 7-day experiment using Google Sheets for tracking and ChatGPT for pattern analysis. Learn to record daily entries and present your observations in a one-page reflection summary.
