  • Foundations of Kaizen Thinking
    • This module introduces the origins, philosophy, and early industrial innovations that shaped the Kaizen approach. Learners will explore the Japanese roots of Kaizen, the influence of visionaries like Masaaki Imai, and the historical evolution of standardization and mass production. By the end of this module, learners will develop a strong foundation in Kaizen thinking and understand how historical paradigms shape modern continuous improvement practices.
  • Applying Kaizen in the Workplace
    • This module focuses on applying Kaizen principles, tools, and techniques in real workplace scenarios. Learners will understand how to eliminate waste, improve workspaces, standardize processes, and motivate employees for lasting change. By mastering these principles, learners will be equipped to drive organizational efficiency, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and manage change effectively.
  • Mastering Defect Management with HP QC
    • This module equips learners with a comprehensive understanding of defect management using HP Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM). Participants will explore the fundamentals of Quality Centre, learn to log and track defects effectively, and apply advanced features like defect linkage and updating. The module also emphasizes best practices and the advantages of defect reporting to improve software quality, collaboration, and traceability. By the end, learners will be able to leverage HP QC as an integrated platform for requirement management, defect tracking, and reporting.
