    • This module focuses on advanced headcount (HC) analysis, sub-department segmentation, dynamic filtering, animated macro charts, and predictive attrition modeling to transform workforce data into interactive HR analytics dashboards.
  • Demographic & Workforce Trend Analysis
    • This module explores demographic analysis, tenure and age segmentation, dynamic pivot tables, sparklines, recruitment smart charts, waterfall analysis, and TAT tracking to strengthen workforce trend reporting and recruitment efficiency measurement.
  • Recruitment & Background Verification Analytics
    • This module integrates recruitment funnel analysis, background verification (BGV) tracking, operational HR reporting, Month-over-Month (MOM) analysis, and leave data insights to strengthen recruitment governance and workforce operational efficiency.
  • Absenteeism, Attrition & Exit Intelligence
