The Breakout Experience:
Each participant receives their own customized prompt list featuring a variety of engaging and interesting facts to discover about their colleagues. The group is divided into small breakout rooms containing two to three people, where participants conduct rapid-fire interviews similar to speed dating to complete as many prompt items as possible.
Group Sharing and Reflection:
All participants reconvene in the main session to discuss and celebrate their discoveries.
