This series includes four separate 60-minute events, each featuring unique themes designed to deepen connections:
- Get To Know Your Teammates; The goal is to gradually learn more about the people you work with daily and appreciate their unique qualities.
- Get To Know Your Teammates; Shared Passions; This experience encourages diving deeper into shared interests and discovering what genuinely connects your group together.
- Get To Know Your Teammates; Our Differences are Our Strengths; This session celebrates how differences make your team stronger and demonstrates that despite being unique, nobody is alone.
- Get To Know Your Teammates; Collaborating Together; This final experience focuses on working together effectively by leveraging everything each person knows and contributes to the table.
Lightning Rounds Format; 20 Minutes
Participants receive their own personalized prompt list containing diverse, engaging, and interesting facts to discover about their colleagues. The group then divides into small breakout rooms with 2 to 3 people per group, where participants interview each other in a format similar to speed dating, attempting to complete as many prompted items as possible. After 3 minutes of conversation, participants rotate into different breakout rooms to meet and chat with other team members. This rotation continues multiple times, ensuring everyone connects with several colleagues.
Group Sharing Session; 10 Minutes
After completing several lightning rounds, everyone reconvenes in the main room to discuss and share what they've discovered about each other. Stories, unexpected facts, and humorous moments are shared with the entire group, allowing your team to build stronger bonds and deeper connections. Whether your team has worked together for many years or you're actively integrating newly hired employees into the company culture, this experience helps everyone feel more connected and valued.
