In our On-Camera Audition Technique class, students are introduced to quick, powerful tools to maximize performance for prepared and cold read auditions. Students will be introduced to The Barrow Group approach to script analysis and acting tools to make quick choices to improve storytelling, the physical life of the scene, and technical tips for the medium.
Week one begins with a script analysis overview. Followed by two weeks of prepared auditions and two weeks of cold reads. The class culminates in mock auditions.
Prerequisites:
- This class is designed for actors with previous training and experience.
