The course explores the historical origins of all winemaking and traces when and where renewed interest in these traditional techniques emerged and took hold globally. As your understanding grows across different categories and their numerous offshoots, you will taste a diverse selection of Natural Wine styles from wine-producing regions around the world, sampling various grape varieties and expressions.
