Overview

Agile Scrum or Agile Project Management is an iterative and incremental method of managing the design and build activities for engineering, information technology, and new product or service development projects in a highly flexible and interactive manner. We offer a 3-day (or 6-evening) instructor-in-the-room Agile Scrum Master training course designed to help you prepare for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) exam from Scrum.org. We also offer a 2-day (or 4-evening) class to prepare you for the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance. (Certification exam fee and book fee are not included in the class price shown. However, these fees may be paid for you if you are doing a long training program.)
