Scrum Operations, Control & Certification

This module explores the operational and control mechanisms within the Scrum framework and guides learners through practical applications such as impediment handling, continuous integration, and the use of metrics like burndown charts. It also prepares learners for Scrum Master certification by reinforcing their understanding of core concepts, processes, and exam-oriented strategies. By the end of the module, learners will be able to apply Scrum control principles, manage development impediments effectively, and interpret Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and delivery.
