The goal of this course is educate Soccer coaches (Sport and Strength and Conditioning) on physcial development of the tennage Soccer player.
The course will address the three most common problems that are present in incoming freshman Soccer players when geting to college and provide the solutions which can be solved in their early- and mid-teenage years to set them up for success.
This course will cover the three most important principles and their subcomponents as it relates to the overall physcial preparation of a teenage Soccer player through the lens of a college-level Sports Performance Coach.
