  • Explain the importance of communication and active listing in conflict resolution
  • Describe mediation and negotiation techniques for resolving disputes
  • Identify de-escalation methods to manage high-tension situations effectively
  • Apply EQ skills like empathy and self-regulation in conflict resolution scenarios
