Define conflict and some of its root causes in the workplace
Explain the five conflict resolution styles and techniques
List the different types of workplace conflict
Define the key components of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and their role in conflict management
Use tools like DISC, True Colors and 360 surveys to enhance their EQ
Explain the importance of communication and active listing in conflict resolution
Describe mediation and negotiation techniques for resolving disputes
Identify de-escalation methods to manage high-tension situations effectively
Apply EQ skills like empathy and self-regulation in conflict resolution scenarios
