Learn how founders build a go-to-market strategy from scratch—and start applying that thinking to your own venture, team, or idea.

Taught by Harvard Business School faculty, this course introduces the mindset and toolkit behind entrepreneurial marketing. You'll formulate a customer value proposition, unpack the four key elements of a startup business model, and learn to distinguish between marketing-led and sales-led organizations.

Real founders, including Nicole Clay, the co-founder and chief marketing officer of Hue, bring concepts to life through practical examples of building a business with limited resources.
