Learners can gain hands-on experience building a serverless AI-powered recruitment assistant using Amazon Bedrock. The course covers deploying specialized AI capabilities for resume parsing, candidate scoring, skill assessment, and interview question generation. Participants learn to use Amazon Nova Pro via the Bedrock Converse API, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3 -- all coordinated in a serverless architecture. Importantly, learners also explore responsible AI practices through Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, including PII anonymization, prompt attack detection, and bias-related content filtering, helping ensure fair and secure candidate evaluation workflows.
