AI for Executives is a three-course, non-technical program that equips managers to lead AI adoption across the business. You’ll master core concepts and data strategy (Course 1), move to decision-making and integration—NLP, predictive analytics, reinforcement learning, and genetic algorithms (Course 2)—and then apply AI to CRM for personalization, chatbots/LLMs, churn and CLV, and voice/sentiment analytics (Course 3). Throughout, you’ll build a responsible governance mindset and a practical roadmap that delivers measurable value.
Syllabus
- Course 1: AI for Executives: The Basics
- Course 2: AI for Executives: AI for Business Decision Making
- Course 3: AI for Executives: AI for Customer Relationship Management

AI for Business Decision Making equips managers and executives with practical, non-technical skills to lead AI-driven decisions across the enterprise. You’ll learn how supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning improve decision accuracy; how to prepare data and engineer features; and how to train, validate, and integrate models into existing workflows and systems via APIs and automation. Through guided, hands-on notebooks, you’ll experiment with predictive analytics, Natural Language Processing (including sentiment analysis), and Large Language Models (LLMs) for real executive use cases—from customer feedback to process optimization and risk prediction. The course also covers governance and ethics (privacy, security, bias, explainability), human-in-the-loop design, and measuring business impact. Advanced topics introduce genetic/evolutionary methods and long-term reward optimization with reinforcement learning to inform strategy and planning. By the end, you’ll be able to select the right technique for a decision problem, evaluate model reliability, integrate AI into business processes, and build an actionable roadmap for sustainable, responsible AI adoption.
-
AI for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) shows executives how to use artificial intelligence to deepen customer insight, personalize engagement, and scale service—without coding. You’ll build richer customer profiles by integrating behavioral, transactional, and external data; explore graph-based community modeling to understand relationships; and apply predictive analytics for churn, next-best-action, and customer lifetime value. You’ll practice sentiment and voice analytics to capture the “voice of the customer,” then design personalized experiences with recommendations, targeted campaigns, and human-in-the-loop programs. The course also covers intelligent virtual assistants and LLM-powered support, sales enablement (lead scoring, cross-sell), dynamic pricing, and fraud detection with security and compliance in mind. Finally, you’ll develop an AI-driven CRM strategy—roadmapping technology choices, aligning initiatives to business goals, managing change, and addressing ethics and governance. By the end, you’ll be able to evaluate use cases, choose appropriate techniques, and lead responsible AI adoption across marketing, sales, and service.

AI for Executives: The Basics gives managers a practical, non-technical introduction to artificial intelligence and machine learning for business decision-making. You’ll learn how AI fits into executive strategy, what ML models can and can’t do, and how to lead data-driven initiatives that create measurable value. Starting with the fundamentals, the course explains algorithms vs. models, core ML tasks, and the lifecycle for building and governing solutions. You’ll then design a data strategy—covering data quality, privacy, and responsible use—before applying techniques such as regression, decision trees, and modern large language models (LLMs) to real executive-level use cases. Finally, you’ll put it together by planning AI pipelines, evaluating model performance and non-functional properties, and knowing when to customize or reuse off-the-shelf models. Hands-on assignments use familiar tools and require no coding. By the end, you’ll be able to map business problems to the right AI approach, communicate with technical teams, and build an informed roadmap for adopting AI across your organization.
