Course description
In today’s globalized economy, exponential technology developments and cultural evolution, we experience more change than ever, including major crisis events in rapid succession.
Leaders and managers need to perform in unstable, unpredictable, and disruptive environments on a daily basis. This calls for specific attitudes, behaviors and skills capable of coping with this reality, and to excel when taking on the role of “Crisis Leader” (planning and preparation, management processes and procedures, delegation and empowerment, communication and engagement, self-awareness, resilience, etc.).
Few events test the limits of Crisis Leadership as a major airline accident. By providing examples, reflections and lessons learned through different roles and responsibilities in such accidents, we offer three clear spaces where organizations, teams and individual leaders can prepare, execute and assume leadership roles on behalf of multiple stakeholders.
