In today’s volatile world, your leadership and management is most visible when things go wrong. This course equips you with the mindset, tools, and strategies to lead and manage during crisis, stabilize teams in uncertain times, and rebuild with resilience. You'll explore real-world case examples, design your own response frameworks, and build a post-crisis recovery plan rooted in empathy, communication and trust. Through short videos, scenario-based readings, hands-on exercises, and interactive coaching, you'll learn how to communicate when there are no easy answers, make fast decisions with limited data, and strengthen your team’s long-term adaptability. Whether you're leading through disruption now or preparing for future challenges, this course helps you lead with calm, clarity, and confidence—when your team needs it most.

  • Lesson 3: Recovery, Reflection, and Resilience Building
    • In the final lesson, learners shift their focus to post-crisis leadership. They'll explore how to rebuild trust, process team emotions, and institutionalize lessons learned.
