I really enjoyed this course — it was both educational and emotional for me. Dr. Megan Kamath explains women’s heart health in such a clear, compassionate, and down-to-earth way. I learned a lot about prevention, risk factors, and how lifestyle choices make a huge difference. When she said that one in three women dies from heart disease, it honestly scared me and made me think deeply about my own health. That moment was powerful. Overall, this course opened my eyes and motivated me to take heart health much more seriously. Highly recommended!
