Gaining new perspective about a simple question and how to value oneself while letting people know what you feel and also teaching them that it is okay to exchange feelings, validating each other's feelings without dismissing yours and the others, staying in the plus-plus sign helps us became more aware of our emotions as well as others. knowing conflicts within ourselves that had an impact to our ability to elaborate or share our perspective or being a pleaser just to make others feel validated about their emotions while invalidating ours will help us dismiss that kind of thinking. Being aware of our emotions is the healthiest steps in resolving conflicts.
