I enjoyed this course because it explains ADHD in a clear way, covering causes, diagnosis, and treatment while showing the human side of this disorder. It helped me have a deeper understanding of how it impacts daily life and why awareness and empathy are so important.

This was a very comprehensive overview of ADHD, the style of the presenter and usage of terms and explanation thereof was useful in helping me understand. I would have liked the presentation to speak more about medication side effects and what these could be and how we as therapist would advise the patient regarding this, as they often experience side effects and then do not want to take the medication or go back to the psychiatrist.

This course helped me understand my ADHD more, as an 18-year old woman who is having a hard time trying to balance multiple activities and chores all at once.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD as a child, I think this video is a wonderful breakdown of the theorized causes and effects of ADHD. It is clear and concise and touches on the more important topics associated with ADHD in children and young adults. I thought the anatomical discussion involving the brain circuits was particularly interesting. I also think the course does a good job at listing ways families of children with ADHD can get assistance, such as attending behavioral therapy with their children or school based programs.

This course was very helpful for me, especially in recognising and identifying the symptoms of the ADHD by particular students in the primary school. The categorisation and the classification of ADHD explains many unsolved dilemmas I faced before, such as, why is the child inattentive, but not hyperactive and vice versa.

The lecture was very well explained! It will definitely help me in my work as a teacher to better identify the weaknesses of my students and help them accordingly and advise their parents how to cope and help their children.

    THanks so much!

Quite informative, however, the transition between videos left out portions of assumingly important information.
