Lock-Free by Example - Towards an Interesting Lock-Free MPMC Queue

This talk works toward a growing, shrinking, mostly contiguous lock-free queue for multiple producers and consumers. Its design illustrates common lock-free programming problems and the tradeoffs among possible solutions.
