they were communicating about how to be a good writer and how hard finding solution in this easy job because whenever a thing is easy it's not easy to find accurate solutions for it and that's the point , if u are not a good thinker and a good analyist of what's happening in this job , you cannot make any progress unless you work hard and provide let's say all of ur time in it and then we can see
