The course is an eyes opener to common problems with stroke rehabilitation, prioritizing master trust , master conflict, achieve commitment, embrace accountability agenda. It also looked into team-based approached from angle of practitioner, patient, caregiver. Teams and workgroups was also sampled from angle of we and me, mission and task to be followed using 5 functions of team of foundation trust, healthy conflict, unwavering commitment and welcome accountability to achieve result.

The teacher was educating verbally on the importance of taking care of the stroke patients and the need for team work rather than doing it alone. He also talked on the strategies for better group decision making and being accountable for our care as a team as well as focusing on the result .

Taking care of a patent recovering from stroke is not quiet easy for the caregiver, a lot comes into play. Jonh Hopkins is very on point here. In this course I have come to understand what the term " Team " means and how important it is in the path to recovery and well begin of a stroke patient. Trust, healthy conflicts, commitment, accountability and achieved results are what Team work strives.
Thank you John for this course, if put to practice , a whole of problems will not occur between a patient and his or her caregiver.
