    The course is of great importance to physiology students and MBBS in general.It help students to understand the secretory function of the liver and pancreas.I learnt that the liver produces bile which help in fats emulsification and the pancreas helps in production of digestive enzymes like amylase.It learnt that the organs liver and pancreas has both endocrine and exocrine functions.
