It was very helpful learning about how to prevent respiratory disease caused by RSV And covid 19 viruses a d how it will be of help to other people. It saves lives of millions by merely doing the basic practical things like covering sneeze, washing hands, covering mouth and wearing face mask nvcnad at the same time if you are feeling sick tying to come for work for the mean like self confinement or quarantine as to reassure people you are not distributing your viruses to them. And at the same time helping your family members keeping off the viruses that you have in case you were sick.
