    If you want to get into IT project management, Syed Raza's course is a reasonable starting point. It runs over four hours, which sounds like a lot. It mostly earns it.

    The course walks through a full project lifecycle, first client meeting, scoping, planning, go-live. The instructor shows real documents along the way: Project Charters, Statements of Work. Seeing those in context is more useful than reading a definition.

    There's also a section on managing people, handling conflict, working with teams across time zones. He covers starting salaries too, which most courses skip entirely. Good for developers thinking about moving into management, or people coming in from outside tech.
