Insightful, and Presents an unapologetic, sober wake-up to the American public about what FEMA can and cannot do regarding disaster management. It shows clearly without politics in the middle of things that STRONG partnerships between citizens , local , state, tribal and federal government with support from the private sector is necessary to greatly improve prevention mitigation and recovery efforts from all disasters. I applaud Administrator Long for his frankness and advisement of having Americans take financial management courses to be ready for the next disaster.
