    The Course was good at reasoning the causes of ACL, the bench marks of when to continue and when to stop and re - think but it also lacked the exercises and the reasons between how to control and master them befor decide whether to stay to that exercise or to continue to the next drill.

    also the topic about the tests was vage and not fully understandble.

    overall it was good
