I had learnt acetaminophen for fever and nociceptive pain where as nsaids as anti inflammatory...pain

Diclofenac can cause nephrotoxicity
Prednisone increase appetite
Acetaminophen can be given 1000mg for 3 times a day for every 8 hours
500mg for every 6 hours
Opioid like ganapentin progabapetin both can induce short term aleast 4 hours time stay in body ...nausea can induced 30 min before it should be given before opioid administration...
1 hr gap must be given before long term and short term drugs
