International Trade: Welfare and Policy - Lecture 19

Even though I am a Law student without a strong background in economics, this class was surprisingly easy to understand. The concepts of welfare analysis and trade policy were explained clearly, with excellent structure and real-world examples that helped connect theory to practice. What impressed me most is that, although English is not my first language, I had no trouble following the lecture. The professor speaks clearly with good pacing and uses precise but accessible technical vocabulary. The graphs and visuals were also very helpful in understanding the effects of tariffs, gains from trade, and distributional impacts. This lecture was especially valuable to me because I am interested in international economic law, trade agreements, and regulation. It provided a solid economic foundation for these topics. Highly recommended! Whether you come from an economics background or, like me, from another field, this class is definitely worth taking.
