Great beginner-friendly course! It covers Kali Linux installation (VM & native), filesystem basics, essential terminal commands, apt package management, and how Kali differs from regular Linux distros. The instructor explains everything clearly and calmly, with important tips about safe updates and lab setup.
The pace is good for newcomers, though the very basic Linux commands section feels a bit slow (which is actually helpful if you're new to Linux). Would be even better with more practical hands-on labs/exercises.
Perfect starting point if you're beginning in ethical hacking or pentesting with Kali — highly recommended!

They made complex concepts understandable and practical, which was especially helpful for someone like me who had limited prior experience with Kali Linux.

As I progressed through the course, I was amazed at the diverse range of topics we covered. From the basics of Kali Linux installation to more advanced topics like penetration testing, network security, and ethical hacking, I found every module to be engaging and highly informative.

These are the VERY basics. Even though I am, personally, quite a way ahead. But, it's great that the simplest tasks are covered and not shunned in favour of trying to baffle any newcomers in a sort of Elitist filtration system.

So often, course designers use the "Thrown in the deep end, the strongest survive" technique, in an attempt to control access to or Gate-keep.

Thanks for not ring-fencing, being hierarchical and keeping within the spirit of "Open Source"!

An easily-digestible-start, that hasn't petrified me! This taster is not going to dissuade anyone from continuing on this path.
