If your department or company is thinking about how to incorporate more AI into your operation, this is a mandatory view to ensure everyone is on a firm foundation (tech & non-tech alike). This is a very approachable class/content/delivery. I appreciated the real-world discussion. The speaker did a terrific job ushering people through some of the thinking shifts that clients and non-tech users must adapt to along with various levels of AI functionality.
