I had a great learning experience through the QGIS course offered on Class Central. The course was well-structured and practical, allowing me to develop strong GIS skills step by step. I completed more than 20 lessons covering important topics such as creating maps, georeferencing, 3D modeling, image classification using Landsat data, and analyzing spatial data using tools like Thiessen polygons and heatmaps.

One of the most useful parts of the course was learning how to work with real-world data to create cross-sectional profiles, visualize terrain in 3D, and convert geospatial data between platforms like ArcGIS, Google Earth, and AutoCAD. The lessons were easy to follow and helped me gain confidence in using QGIS for both basic and advanced tasks.

This course greatly improved my practical knowledge and has prepared me to use QGIS in hydrogeology and other geospatial analysis projects. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in GIS.

I watched the whole series, and I found it helpful. The video explains everything step by step, starting from how to install QGIS to how to make your own map. I liked how the instructor used clear examples and showed how to work with both vector and raster data. It was easy to follow, even though the video is long.

One of my favorite parts was learning how to add labels and create shapefiles by digitizing. The section on exporting maps to Google Earth was also very cool. This video helped me understand the basics of QGIS and made me feel more confident using the software.
