I started this course with zero background in computer science, and while it was one of the most challenging things I've ever done, it was also the most rewarding. Professor David Malan is an incredible educator who makes complex topics like memory and algorithms feel like a puzzle rather than a chore.

It was fun and honestly easy to understand computers on the fundamental level. I didn't know much before this, and it helped me with learning more by using analogies and break everything down to a simple level. 1010/1010 in binary

Many modern bootcamps start directly with high-level languages like Python. CS50 forces you to spend the first half of the semester in C, a strict, low-level language. What I Learned in My First CS50 Course ,in this first course, I learned the basics of how computers work and how we can use computer science to solve problems. One of the main ideas was problem-solving: understanding a problem, breaking it down, and finding an efficient solution.

I also learned about algorithms ( black box) , which are step-by-step instructions for solving problems. The course showed us that there are different ways to solve the same problem, but some solutions are much faster and smarter than others.

One important example was binary search , which helps us find information quickly by dividing the book in half each time we throw the half when it's doesn't matter, and we focus on what important and we do like very fast time and we find the result.
i also learn binary system or binary search because I understand how I can do some numbers and how work computer 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 and in every exemple I did , I do correctly and TBH these numbers helped me understand how computers count and how information is stored.

Overall, I learned how to think more logically, how to search efficiently, and how computers use mathematics to solve problems fast.

cs50 is a very detailed and well structered course it expllains computer science concepts cleary with good expamples the pace can be a little fast at times but the assigments really helpfull in practing and learning deeply
