This GERAD Research Center seminar explores the design of hub-line networks (such as subway or bus rapid transit lines) with the innovative assumption that demands are endogenous and responsive to nearby stations and services. Join Claudio Contardo from Concordia University on March 26, 2025, as he presents mathematical models and algorithms for various problem variants in urban mobility hub design. Discover the sensitivity analysis that reveals how different attributes impact solution topologies. The presentation summarizes Dr. Brenda Cobena's PhD research in Industrial Engineering at Concordia University, with contributions from collaborators Dr. Iván Contreras, Dr. Luisa Martinez-Merino, and Dr. Antonio Rodriguez-Chia. This one-hour seminar is jointly organized by GERAD, Cirrelt, and SCRO.
