  • I have learned that supporting someone is not only about listening to them and giving advice or coming with a solution, it was my first time knowing that you can support someone by just actively listening to their problems. now i know that support comes in many ways as long as the person feels heard and understood, I now understand its not every time that someone comes to you for support and you have solutions and its not wrong to not have solutions you must first understand the situation, analise it see if theres a solution if not you must activly listen. Make the person feel understood and comforted.
