The head to toes assessments. One needs to perform hand hygiene before you start.

These steps are changed when ever you start from the stomach.

Ascultate because it can alter the bales sounds

So after performing hand hygiene. You will talk with the patient by introducing yourself and explaining what you'll be doing. Ask him or her questions like the name date of birth, where he lives and any current affairs it's all to help you the nurse to collect information
