gRPC Tapping Filter with Hardware Acceleration in Service Mesh

This talk presents a transport socket level tapping design for Envoy service meshes, using a streaming gRPC sink to address bottlenecks in traffic monitoring. It also describes replaying cached connection information and offloading memory copies to hardware acceleration.
