Genetic Diseases - Down, Edwards, Patau, Cri-du-chat, and Williams Syndromes

This course offers an excellent overview of some of the most well-known chromosomal syndromes, including Down syndrome, Edwards syndrome, Patau syndrome, Cri-du-Chat syndrome, and Williams syndrome. It provides a clear and well-structured explanation of the genetic causes, clinical features, diagnostic methods, and possible management strategies for each disorder.

I especially appreciated how the course combined theoretical knowledge with clinical insights. The visual materials — including karyotype images, phenotype illustrations, and case studies — made the content much easier to understand and remember. The instructor demonstrated deep expertise and explained complex genetic concepts in simple terms suitable even for beginners.

By the end of the course, I felt much more confident in identifying key differences between these syndromes, both genetically and clinically.
