    From Sea to Changing Sea is a single, well-produced video that explains how oceans absorb heat and carbon dioxide, and why that matters for our changing climate. It's not a full course with quizzes or modules, so don't expect interactivity or certification. But as a concise, visually engaging explainer, it works beautifully.

    The narrator is clear, the science is accurate without being overwhelming, and the 20-ish minute runtime makes it easy to digest. Perfect for a quick refresher or to share with someone new to the topic. Just know what you're getting: a high-impact video, not a structured learning path. Still well worth watching.
