I learn about organic food’ criteria which examples are that don’t use pesticides and irradiate to kill the bacteria etc .And I know that Europe could apply some financial subsidies for farmers rather than American couldn’t .It make farmers burden more inputs about organic food producing .

The content was clear and simple, and the instructor explained the concepts in an easy and enjoyable way. I became more aware of the importance of sustainable agriculture and healthy food. I recommend everyone try it.
