Deep Learning of Dynamics and Coordinates with SINDy Autoencoders

This course presents SINDy autoencoders for simultaneously learning reduced coordinates and parsimonious dynamical models from high-dimensional scientific data. It demonstrates the approach on Lorenz, reaction-diffusion, and pendulum systems.
