Undefined Behavior and Compiler Optimizations

This talk explores how undefined behavior in compiler intermediate representations can enable optimization, and how C++ pointer rules affect sequential memory models and compiler optimization rules. It also considers the future use of formal verification and automatic generation in compiler optimizations.
