Learn to build multi-cloud GenAI platforms that unify compute resources across hyperscalers, neoclouds, and on-premises clusters without operational complexity in this conference talk from MLOps World. Discover why single-cloud strategies are hitting hard limits due to GPU shortages, escalating costs, and vendor lock-in as GenAI workloads expand. Explore how to seamlessly connect and orchestrate workloads across AWS, GCP, Azure, Coreweave, Nebius, and Lambda through a single abstraction layer using SkyPilot. Master practical scheduling strategies for GPU allocation, automated cloud selection for cost optimization, and techniques for handling cross-cloud data movement and dependency management. Understand the essential reasons for adopting multi-cloud approaches for GenAI workloads and gain insights into unifying compute across clouds and clusters. Examine strategies for workload scheduling and cost optimization while learning to manage cross-cloud data movement and dependencies effectively. Acquire practical patterns for building scalable, resilient multi-cloud AI platforms that enable ML teams to secure GPU capacity, reduce costs, and focus on developing exceptional AI products rather than battling infrastructure complexity.
