an amazing deep dive into the world of Pompeii , the genesis of the architecture from Oscan and sabine times through to the Romans
Of special interest are the bath buildings , the amphitheatre and temple complexes around the forum
Lastly the utter tragedy of the eruption and what happening to a number of people that remained in the city
a truely fantastic lecture of a moving and incredible site
